心绞痛冠脉造影术前后心理因素的调查

Mental factors of angina pectoris patients(APP) before and after distribution of coronary arteries

目的 了解心绞痛冠脉造影术前后病人的心理因素 ,为临床干预提供客观依据。方法 以心内科收治的心绞痛患者为对象 ,在行冠脉造影前后分别用心理应付问卷 (CS)及焦虑自评量表 (SAS)调查。结果 术前SAS总分及消极应对方式明显高于术后 ,而术前积极应对方式则低于术后。

Objective To assess mental factors of APP befo re and after distribution of coronary arteries for providing evidence for cl inical intervention.Methods CS and SAS were conducted on th e APP anxiety before and after distribution of coronary arteries.Results SAS scores and negative life events APP before operation wer e lower than after operation.Conclusoin It is prominent th at anxiety and negative coping of APP before and after distribution of coronary arteries.
