复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者的心理状况及其婚姻质量的调查

Mental health and quality of marriage of recurrent vaginal candidasis(RVC)

目的 调查了解复发性念珠菌性阴道炎 (recurrentvaginalcandidasis ,RVC)患者的心理状况及其婚姻质量问题。方法 采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )及Olson婚姻质量问卷对 72例RVC患者和 72例正常对照者进行对比研究。结果 RVC患者在抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性得分显著高于对照组。而在婚姻满意度、性格相容性、夫妻交流、业余活动、性生活、与亲友关系等得分显著低于对照组。结论 RVC患者存在着不同程度的心理卫生问题 ,其婚姻生活质量欠佳。

Objective To study the quality of marriage of RVC. Method 72 RVC and 72 normal control were tested with SCL-90 and Olson Questionnaire of Qu ality of Marriage. Results RVC had higher scores in depre ssion, anxiety sensit ive to interpersonal relationship, hostility, phobia, paranoia and psychosis of SCL-90, at the same time, they had lower scores in satisfying with marriage, c oncordance of character, couple interaction, hobby, sexual life and closeness to friend or relatives than normal control. Conclusion RVC are poor in mental health, they are more unsatisfied with their marriage
