摘要
缺血性神经元死亡有多种形式 ,坏死与凋亡是两种主要的死亡形式。坏死主要位于缺血中心区 ,凋亡主要位于缺血半暗区 ,坏死与凋亡并存。神经元选择易损性既可是坏死 ,也可是凋亡 ,但迟发性神经元死亡则为凋亡。神经元的死亡机制 ,坏死与凋亡明显不同。
