活血化瘀抗纤维化治疗放射性肺炎的临床研究

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of radiopneumonia

目的 探讨活血化瘀抗纤维化对放射性肺炎的疗效。方法 将 32例放射性肺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别采用中药和糖皮质激素治疗 ,对比两组的有效率和肿瘤的转移、复发率。结果 中药治疗组的有效率与皮质激素对照组相仿 ,治疗组肿瘤复发、转移率显著低于对照组。结论 中药对放射性肺炎的治疗优于糖皮质激素。

Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on radiopneumonia.Methods 32 cases were divided into treatment group and control group and they were treated with TCM and glucocorticoid respectively.The effective rates and the metastasis and relapse rates of cancer were compared between the two groups.Results TCM had the similar effects to that of glucocorticoid on the treatment of radiopneumonia.But the metastasis and relapse rates were much lower in the cases treated with TCM than those with glucocorticoid.Conclusion TCM is better than glucocorticord in the treatment of radiopneumonia.
