吡柔比星膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的临床观察

Clinical observation of THP intravesical instillation for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer

目的 评价浅表性膀胱癌行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱部分切除术后应用吡柔比星 (THP)膀胱灌注化疗预防复发的预期疗效和安全性。方法 对 2 8例浅表性膀胱癌行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱部分切除术 ,术后应用THP( 30mg/ 5 0ml)膀胱灌注 ,保持 30分钟。结果 随访 3～ 18个月 ,无肿瘤复发。结论 THP用于膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发是安全且疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the prophylactic effects and safety of intravesical instillation of piraubicin(THP) against superficial bladder cancer after TUR-BT or partial cystectomy.Methods TUR-BT or partial cystectomy was conducted in 28 cases of superficial bladder cancer.After operation THP(30mg/50ml)was instilled into bladder,and then kept it in for 30 min.Results After 3～38 months of follow-up,no recurrence was found in all of the 28 cases.Conclusion THP is safe and effective in preventing recurrence of superficial bladder cancer after operation.
