洛美沙星滴眼剂对细菌性角膜炎实验治疗的研究

Study on experiment treatment of corneitis in rabbits by lomefloxcin hydrochloride ophthalmic solution

目的 :观察盐酸洛美沙星滴眼剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌所致家兔细菌性角膜炎的疗效。方法 :取健康家兔40只 ,随机分为8个组 ,将金黄色葡萄球菌菌液和铜绿假单胞杆菌菌液分别注入角膜实质层 ,24h后 ,分别连续给药7d ,采病变部位的角膜片进行细菌计数。结果 :接种细菌后外眼形态学观察24h可见明显炎症 ,其中36只兔表现为角膜病变3级 ,分泌物 + + + ,充血 + + + ,另4只兔角膜病变4级 ,分泌物 + + + ,充血 + + +。给药后 ,除溶媒对照组外 ,其余兔眼至第7天后则无明显病灶。金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌的细菌计数溶媒对照组分别为(897±50.20)CFU/ml、(762±55.74)CFU/ml,明显多于给药组(1.2±0.84)CFU/ml、(0.8±0.48)CFU/ml。结论 :盐酸洛美沙星滴眼剂对于家兔细菌性角膜炎有显著的治疗作用 ,而且能阻止角膜溃疡的形成和发展 。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of lomefloxacin hydrochloride ophthalmic solution for the bacterial keratitis infected by Staphy.Aureus and P.aeruginosa in rabbits.Methods:forty health rabbits were randomly classifiedm to 8 groups,injecting two bacterial humor separately into substancial bacterial humor inject into cornea,24 hour later sustained drop ophthalmic solution 7day,obtain cornealflake from pathological changes's position and count the bacterial amount.Results:After inoculating bacteria,it appears obvious inflammation through the observation of external eye morphology for 24 hours ,36 of the rabbits appear corneal pathological changes 3 degree, secretion +++,hyperaemia +++.After being given medicine ,other rabbits's eye expect the contract group appear no obvious focus. After the 7th day later, the bacterial amount of the contrast groups of staphy.Aureus and P.aeruginosa are 897±50.20CFU/ml?762±55.74CFU/ml separately ,obviously more than given medicine group, the amount are1.2±0.84 CFU/ml?0.8±0.48CFU/ml separately. Conclusion: Lomefloxacin hydrochloride ophthalmic solution has showed obvious treatment to bacterial keratitis of rabbit ,it can also prevent the formation and development of corneal ulcer ,so it may become a valuable ophthalmic solution in clinic .
