钠缺乏对大鼠血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、心钠素水平的影响

Effect of sodium deficiency on plasma angiotensinⅡ?aldosterone?atrial natriuretic peptide levels in the rat

目的:探讨禁盐对机体血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、心钠素水平的影响。方法 :用放射免疫分析法 ,对不同年龄正常喂养和禁盐大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮的浓度 ,以及正常喂养、禁盐和给予过量盐的大鼠血浆心钠素浓度进行了测定。结果 :正常喂养的大鼠血浆中含有一定量的血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮和心钠素。正常喂养大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度随年龄增长无明显变化 ;而醛固酮浓度随年龄增长而升高 ,出生25d时达到成年鼠水平。禁盐使大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮浓度都显著升高 ,心钠素浓度显著降低。盐过量使大鼠血浆心钠素浓度显著升高。结论 :钠摄入量不同可影响大鼠体内某些激素的分泌量 ,使机体对水、电解质、血压和血量的调节发生变化 ;这些变化对研究心脑血管系统疾病的发生。

Objective: To study the effects of sodium depletion on plasma AngⅡ?ALDO?ANP levels in rat. Methods: Plasma AngⅡ?ALDO?ANP concentrations in different status rats were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results: The results showed that the plasma ALDO levels of rat pups showed dynamic changes during development. ALDO level reached to the level of the adult rat at the rat pups of 25 days of age. In contrast to the levels of ALDO, plasma AngⅡ did not change in the developing rats. The levels of AngⅡ remained fairly constant from the rat pup of 3 days of age to adulthood.In response to a sodium depletion, ALDO and AngⅡ levels were elevated at all ages examined. They were significantly higher than that of the normal pups and adult rats. However, plasma ANP level was significantly lower with sodium depletion than that of the normal adult rat, and plasma ANP levels were significantly higher with excess sodium. Conclusion: The results from experiments suggest that endogenous changes with different sodium intake, and caused regulating change in organism to the blood pressure?hormones and electrolytes. These changes will be of value for the research on prevention?occurrence and treatment about disease of the cerebra-cardiovascular system and the behavior changes.
