摘要
以聚氨脂泡沫塑料为前驱体 ,高岭土、铝土矿和滑石为原料 ,经配方和工艺设计 ,制备了以堇青石为主晶相的泡沫陶瓷 ,制成品密度为 0 .3 10~ 0 .4 4 7g/cm3,气孔率为 81.7%~ 87.6% ,孔径为 0 .2~ 0 .5mm ,平均抗压强度为 0 .98MPa。探讨了烧成温度对材料气孔率、抗压强度和吸水率等性能的影响。
The paper discussed the possibility to apply a new environmental mineral material-foam ceramic to filter oven ashes. The foam ceramic is prepared with kaolinite, bauxite and talc by the polymeric sponge impregnation process. The ceramic foam is composed of cordierite, MgSiO 3 and glass. Its compression strength is estimated to be 0.98 MPa, the porosity 81.7%~87.6%, the density 0.310~0.447 g/cm 3 and the pore size 0.2~0.5 mm. The effects of sintering temperature and holding time on its microstructure and mechanical properties have been studied.
