螺旋藻胞外和胞内核酸酶活性研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过分析比较 2个螺旋藻物种 7个品系胞外和胞内核酸酶活性 ,确定了抑制胞外和胞内核酸酶活性的方法。用液体培养基清洗两次可消除胞外核酸酶活性 ,添加 EDTA(2 m mol L-1)可显著地抑制胞内核酸酶活性。高温 (6 5℃ ) Seven axenic strains of Spirulina were analysed for the extracellular and intracellular nuclease activity. Methods for inhibiting the extracellular and intracellular nuclease activity were developed. The activity of extracellular nuclease could be removed by washing the cells with Zarrouk medium twice. 2 mol L 1EDTA in Zarrouk medium and treatment at 65℃ could also inhibit the intracellular nuclease activity significantly.
