国土资源信息核心元数据的研究

A Study of Core Metadata for Land and Resource Information

国土资源信息核心元数据是建立运行在国土资源数据交换网络上的国土资源信息目录的基础和重要组成部分 ,也是目前数字国土工程中实现国土资源数据共享的重要途径。分析了国内外地理信息元数据标准的发展状况 ,根据国土资源信息核心元数据确定的原则和描述要求 ,确定了国土资源信息核心元数据的主要内容 ,提出了以通用建模语言 UML类图作为国土资源信息核心元数据的结构设计 ,用数据字典详细定义核心元数据的组成 ,以构成国土资源信息核心元数据的完整描述的设计方法。

Core metadata for land and resource information is the basis and main component for information catalogue on national land and resource data clearinghouse. It is also an important approach to implement national land and resource data sharing for digital national land at present. The paper analyses the development trend of metadata standard for geographic information. Based on defining principles of core metadata for land and resource information and describing requirement,the main contents that core metadata includes are defined. It brings forward the design method of Unified Modeling Language (UML) static diagram for core metadata structure design and data dictionary for detail element definition. These form the integrated description of core metadata for land and resource information.
