摘要
文章通过建构一个理论模型来说明企业如何通过人际交往使研发人员的观念得到创新 ,从而实现“研究开发”的目标。
By constructing a theoretical pattern, this paper represents how to blaze new trails in the modes of thought of the personnel engaged in research and exploitation in an enterprise through interpersonal communication so as to reach the goal of “research and exploitation”.
