摘要
本文根据国有商业银行现状 ,提出了通过管理创新 ,增强国有商业银行竞争力的三个途径 :构建强有力的企业组织文化 ;推进定量化的目标管理 ;实行全面的质量管理。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of the state-owned commercial banks, the article puts forward the idea that constructing the management platform of the state-owned commercial banks' core competence, in detail, it includes vigorous organizational culture, the quantitative objective management and total quality management.
