薄层扫描法测定肤阴洁中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Content determination of Berberine hydrochlorid in Fuyinjie by TLC-scanning

目的 :建立薄层扫描法测定肤阴洁中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法 :4批样品经提取后点样 ,以正丁醇 冰醋酸 水 (7∶1∶2 )为展开剂 ,检测波长为λS=430nm ,λR=6 0 0nm。结果 :平均回收率为 10 0 .8%,RSD =2 .3%。稳定性试验 :RSD =1.3%。结论 :本方法简便 ,准确 。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Fuyinjie by TLC scanning.METHODS Four batches of extraction solution of the preparation were analysed,using n butanol glacial acid acetic water(7∶1∶2) as develeping system,detected by dual wavelength scanning ( λ S=430 nm, λ R=600 nm).RESULTS The average recovery was 100.8% ,RSD= 2.3% .CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,accurate and available for quality control of Fuyinjie .
