慢性心力衰竭时性激素的变化及其意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观察心力衰竭 (心衰 )时相关体液因子及性激素水平变化与心衰程度及类型的关系。方法 :本研究包括慢性心力衰竭组 ( 4 7例病人 ,术中男 2 6,女 2 1)和正常对照组 ( 5 3例健康人 ,其中男 2 4 ,女 2 9)。用放射免疫法测定男女心衰者与健康者血雌二醇 ( E2 )、睾酮 ( T)、醛固酮 ( Ald)水平。结果 :男女心衰患者 E2 、T平均值均较对照者高 ,但除男性 E2 差异有非常显著性意义 ( P <0 .0 1)外 ,余差异均无显著性意义。男性心衰者 E2 升高水平与 Ald明显升高结果相一致。结论 :雌激素与男性心衰关系密切 ,血浆 E2 浓度升高可能影响男性心衰发生发展过程 ,其含量变化与 Ald含量变化具有良好相关性 。 Objective:To investigate the change of humoral factors which are closely related to the genesis of chronic heart failure (CHF), and the relationship between sex hormone and CHF. Method:This study included CHF group (47 patiends, 26 males and 21 females) and normal control group (53 healthy persons, 24 males and 29 females). The plasm levels of estradiol (E 2), testosterone (T) and aldosterone (Ald) in all patients and controls were measured with radioimmungassay. The plasma levels of E 2 and T were also determined in patients with CHF. Result:The average levels of E 2 and T in male and female with CHF groups were higher than those in health control groups. But only in the male groups with CHF, the level of E 2 was significantly higher than that in the health group of male (P< 0.01 ) and all others had no significant difference. The correlation between T and CHF in the male group was not obvious. The relationship between T or E 2 and CHF in the female group was also not distinct. But close correlation between E 2 and CHF in the male group was found. Conclusion:High level of serum E 2 may be a risk factor of CHF in the male. E 2 may be an important humoral factor involved in the genesis and development of CHF, which is parallel to aldosterone in patient with CHF, and the change of E 2 level may be used to evaluate the extent of CHF. This study may provide some useful experimental evidences to research of the genesis of CHF.
