摘要
目的 :探讨自发性高血压大鼠 ( SHR)左室室间隔、前壁、后壁及侧壁心肌纤维化的动态变化。方法 :应用病理及生化检查 ,检测 SHR及正常血压大鼠 ( WKY)左室室间隔、前壁、后壁及侧壁心肌纤维化的病变程度。结果 :14周时 ,代表心肌纤维化水平的参数羟脯氨酸浓度在 SHR室间隔、前壁及后壁即已增高 ,以室间隔最为明显 ;2 4周时各部位均明显增加 ,但各部位之间的差异明显减小。代表血管周围纤维化水平的参数血管周围胶原面积在 6周时 ,SHR左室各部位较 WKY均显著增高 ;14周及 2 4周时增高更为显著 ,但各部位之间差异无显著性意义。代表间质纤维化水平的参数胶原容积分数 14周时只有室间隔显著增高 ;2 4周时各部位均有显著增高 ,但仍以室间隔增高最为明显。结论 :SHR血管周围纤维化的发生是一早期现象 ,且随着病情的发展在左室各部位呈同步加重。间质纤维化的发生过程是不同步的 ,室间隔发生较早且程度较重 。
Objective:To research the dynamic changes of myocardial fibrosis in different areas of spontaneously hypertensive rats′ (SHRs′) left ventricle.Method:The parameters representing myocardial fibrosis(MF) of SHR and control WKY were examined with histomorphological observations and biochemical assays.Result:Hydroxylproline concentration (HC), representing MF, elevated markedly in the interventricular septum (IVS), anterior wall and posterior wall in 14th week, but increased most significantly in the IVS. In 24th week, the HC in all areas increased markedly, but no great difference was found among various areas. The perivascular collagen area, representing perivascular fibrosis, raised significantly in 6th week, and more markedly in 14th and 24th week, but no difference among various parts. The collagen volume fraction, representing interstitial fibrosis, raised in IVS in 14th week, and in all areas in 24th week, but still most significantly in IVS.Conclusion:The interstitial fibrosis of SHR develops in a heterogeneous manner in various areas of left ventricle, but severe in IVS, mild in lateral wall. Perivascular fibrosis occurs in the early stage of hypertension and develops gradually and synchronically in all parts of left ventricle.
