以后位括约肌切断缝合术为主治疗Ⅲ期肛裂合并痔等278例总结被引量：2

摘要对Ⅲ期肛裂合并痔等，采用后位括约肌切断缝合术配合其他疗法治疗。将肛裂及并发的内痔，外痔，混合痔，肛乳头肥大或肛乳头纤维瘤等一次性彻底治疗，使肛管直肠末段的管径恢复正常。并注意在手术前，后用中药软化大便及术后定期扩肛，防止和解除括约肌痉挛，以巩固远期疗效。经278例临床观察，一次性治愈率99％。
