摘要
目的 观察阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者海马CA1区p75NTR的表达与其神经病理学改变的关系。方法 免疫细胞化学双标法。结果 AD患者海马CA1区p75NTR免疫阳性神经元与正常对照组比较无显著差别,但着色强度明显增加;AD海马CA1区Alz-50阳性神经元较多,并可见大量p75NTR 和Alz-50双标神经元,而正常对照组阳性神经元罕见;老年斑中散在分布p75NTR免疫阳性反应产物。结论 p75NTR参与AD神经病理的形成。
Objective To observe p75NTR, low affinity neurotrophin receptor, expressed neurons in the CA1 subfield of human hippocamp us and its relation to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease(AD). Met hods Immunocytochemical double labeled method. Results There w as no obvious difference on population of p75NTR expressed neurons in CA1 subfield of hippocampus of AD patients compared with controls, but the intensity of staining for p75NTR increased significantly in AD patients. Accordingl y, a large number of neurons in the area of AD patients contained Alz-50, meanw hile, many of which colocalized with p75NTR. In addition, scattered p75 NTR immunoreactivity was found in some senile plaques. Conclusion p75NTR is involved in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
