高等学校的思想政治工作应该适应外部环境的变化 ,遵循新的指导原则 ,从强化大学生的主体地位、综合运用各种方法与手段、形成一体化网络管理、密切结合解决实际问题和加强思想政治工作者队伍建设五个方面创新高校思想政治工作。

Ideological and political work in universities and colleges should be adapted to the changes of the external circumstances,follow the new guiding principles and be innovated in the follwing five aspects:stressing the principal standing of the students;comprehensively employing all kinds of methods and means;implementing integrated and interconnected management;being combined with solving practical problems and reinforcing the construction of ideological and political contingent.
