British ITE(Initial Teacher Education) pays much more attention to its normal, social and practical nature, and highlights the cultivation of the students' personality and creativity, which are carried out through the education process.To explore the ITE's essence as well as some of its training methods and ways, will be conductive to widening our thought in the education reform of Higher Normal Schools.
