摘要 基于环保方而的要求对未硬化废弃混凝土的再生利用以及对商品混凝土罐车洗罐废水的综合利用受到建筑施工界的高度关注。控制水泥水化的外加剂技术的发展为之提供了可能。这种外加剂技术使混凝土生产者和用户能够在要求的时间内停止水泥水化和在任何时间内重新开始水泥的水化而且可以保证混凝土正常凝结同时不影响硬化体的性能对混凝土的生产、运输和浇注工序具有深远的影响1。使用稳定剂能使水泥的水化中止或稳定使用激活剂可以使水泥水化重新开始或被激发。缓凝控制剂可用于保持至隔夜或至周末塑性混凝土的稳定使用、混凝土的长距离稳定运输以及混凝土运输贮罐清洗废水至隔夜或至周末的安定性。文章阐述了该类外加剂的化学原理、活化机理、主要用途等。 Owing to the requ irement of environm ent protection,the construction in dustry paid close attent ion to recla iming of unhardened waste concrete and comprehensive ut ilization o f waste water cleaning th e commercial concrete tank car.The d evelopment of ad mixture technology for controlling cement h ydration provides possibilities fo r the above topics.The admixture tec hnology can enable the concrete manufacture rs and clients stop ceme nt hydration in required time and restart cement hydrat ion in any time by g uarantee normal setting of concrete without influencing per fo rmance of hardened body.It exerts pr ofound effect on concrete productio n, transport and cast procedure.Stabilizer may stop or stabilize the cement hydrat ion while stimulator m ay restart or stimulate the hydratio n.Retarding agent i s used to keep the stable utilization of plastic concrete to the next day or the weekend,long distance stable transport of concrete and stabilization of waste water cleaning the transport tank of concrete.The paper explained the ch emical principle,activating mechanism and main uses,etc..
