从总体上探讨了世界城市滨水区开发建设的背景和内在动因 ,通过案例分析了实践中的成功经验和失败教训 。
Urban waterfront regeneration and redevelopment is becoming one of the major tendencies in the recent construction.The paper,in general,arlbe into the background and initial causes in worldwide urban waterfront phenomenon,analyses its success story and flows in waterfront practice by case studies,and finally make five suggestions for the urban waterfront construction in China.
