通过分析北京市大学生公寓规划建设过程中所遇到的“尴尬与选择” ,对当前的大学生公寓建设的运行机制提出了一些现实的对策与建议 :在规划的前期的可行性研究的选择 ,规划工作应该科学地“自下而上” ,才能使决策工作更好的“自上而下” ,以避免规划建设工作陷入“尴尬”

Facing the embvarrassment and selection in the process of the planning for the college's apartment in Beijing,some realistic policy and suggestion are put forward in terms of its operational mechanism.Practice proved that the proper way should be scientific,plans should come from grassroots and feasibility study should be paid attention to in the first phase.
