摘要
针对汽车生产废水的特点 ,对含磷废水和高浓度有机废水分别采用石灰法和混凝沉淀 气浮法进行分质预处理。预处理出水与其它废水混合后形成的综合废水的设计处理能力为 5 0m3 /h ,COD 30 0~ 6 0 0mg/L ,PO4 3 - (以P计 ) 3~ 5mg/L ,经混凝沉淀 生化 过滤工艺处理后 ,COD≤ 10 0mg/L ,PO4 3 - (以P计 )≤ 0 5mg/L ,可达标排放。
The phosphorus wastewater and high concentrated organic wastewater are pre treated separately by lime and coagulating sedimentation air floatation methods. The pre treated effluents are mixed with other wastewater and introduced into the comprehensive treatment facility with capacity of 50 m 3/h. When the inlet wastewater with COD and PO 4 3- strengths in the inlet are in 300~600 mg/L and 3~5 mg/L respectively, effluent with COD and PO 4 3- levels less than 100 mg/L and 0 5 mg/L respectively was obtained after the coagulation, sedimentation, biological treatment and filtration, which is good enough to meet the national wastewater discharge standard.
