摘要 目的 :探讨早期生长反应基因 - 1(Egr- 1)在小鼠和人体正常组织细胞中的表达情况及其生理学功能。方法 :用原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法对小鼠和人的不同组织进行Egr- 1检测。结果 :Egr- 1mRNA和Egr - 1蛋白阳性信号呈棕褐色 ,位于细胞浆和细胞核。组织中生长活跃的细胞可见相对高水平的Egr- 1表达。结论 :Egr- 1mRNA和Egr - Objective: To study the expression of early growth response gene-1(Egr-1) in normal mouse and human tissues and its physiologic function. Methods: In-situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used respectively to detect Egr-1mRNA and protein in different tissues of mouse and human.Results:Egr-1 mRNA and Egr-1 protein positive signals were brown in color, located in cytoplasm and nucleus. Egr-1 expression had relatively high level in active growth cells. Conclusion: The expressions of Egr-1 mRNA and Egr-1 protein are mainly in active growth tissues and play an important physiologic function.
