摘要
目的 :研究氟哌啶醇季铵盐衍生物F2 和F3 在整体条件下对大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法 :静脉注射 (i.v .)垂体后叶素 (0 75u/kg)造成急性心肌缺血模型 ;预先i v F2 和F3(均为 2mg/kg)观察其对T波高度及心率变化的影响。结果 :F2 和F3 可对抗垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血 ,且有较弱减慢心率的作用。结论 :在整体条件下 ,i v F2 和F3
Objective: To study the protective effect of quaternary ammonium salt derivative (F 2 and F 3) of haloperidol on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Method:The animal model of acute myocardial ischemia was obtained by using i v pituitrin(0 75u/kg). F 2 and F 3 (2mg/kg) were i v injected 1 minute prior to pituitrin infusion. The effects of F 2 and F 3 on T wave and heart rate recorded on ECG were observed. Results: F 2 and F 3 could antagonize myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and decrease heart rate slightly. Conclusion: F 2 and F 3 exert protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
