摘要
为探讨门静脉动脉化重建肝血流后对肝脏再生的影响 ,作者建立了门静脉动脉化重建肝脏血流加行半肝切除 (43 % )的梗阻性黄疸大鼠实验模型 ,分别在术后 3天和 10天取出肝脏烘干称重、光镜下计数进入有丝分裂期的肝细胞和分离肝细胞进行流式细胞仪分析 ,以观察肝脏再生的情况。结果显示 ,实验组术后 3天和10天测定的肝脏干重与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;进入有丝分裂期的肝细胞计数与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;流式细胞仪测得的进入G2 和M期的肝细胞与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。
According to the pathology of proximal bile duct cancers, block removal of hepatodudenal ligament is necessary in radical resection.Arterialization of the portal vein can be used to restore liver blood flow after the radical resection. The study is to evaluate its effect on the hepatic regeneration. Experimental model of portal vein arterialization plus partial hepatectomy (43%) was established in rats with common bile duct ligation. The dry liver weight was determined, hepatocytes with mitotic index were counted and cell cycles were viewed by the flow cytometry on the 3rd and 10th day postoperation respectively. The dry liver weight , hepatocytes with mitotic figure and hepatocellular number of cell cycles had no significant difference( P >0 05) between the experimental and control groups.The arterialization of portal vein did not have any negative effects on the hepatic regeneration. Hepatic cell could regenerate normally.
