磁共振尿路成像在尿路梗阻诊断中的价值

Clinical evaluation of the MRU in urinary tract obstruction

目的 :评价磁共振尿路成像 (Magnetic resonance urography,MRU)对尿路梗阻的诊断价值。方法 :对 10 6例疑有尿路梗阻的患者进行 MRU检查 ,并结合临床手术病理资料和其他影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :10 6例患者中 ,10 3例获得 MRU阳性结果 ,定位诊断准确 ;在定性诊断方面 ,对肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻的诊断有明显帮助 ,对 31例输尿管结石和 2 0例输尿管癌及息肉患者 ,MRU明确诊断者分别为 3例和 7例。结论 :MRU对尿路梗阻的定位诊断具有很高的价值 。

Purpose:To investigate the clinical value of MRU for patients with urinary tract obstruction.Methods:106 patients and 5 volunteers were examed by MRU. We combined the data of the clinical pathology and other image data and undergo retrospective analysis.Results:103 of 106 cases were positive in MRU with accurate localization diagnoses. And MRU is very helpful in finding out of PUJO. While for 31 cases of calculus of ureter and 20 cases cancer and polyp of ureter, only 3 cases and 7 were positive respectively.Conclusions:MRU has very high value in localizing the diseases, but has limited role in the understanding of the pathology.
