摘要 目的 研究体外循环对血小板数量、功能的影响。方法 普通犬10只,进行体外循环,于体外循环前后选择不同时间点检测血小板计数、ADP诱导的血小板聚集功能、血小板膜表面糖蛋白(GPIb)、血小板膜表面α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)分子数、血浆血栓素B2等血小板获得性损害相关指标并进行统计学分析。结果 体外循环期间血小板数量下降,ADP诱导的血小板聚集功能受损,GPIb分子数减少,GMP-140分子数及血浆血栓素B2浓度均上升。结论 体外循环过程中,血小板数量急剧下降;聚集及粘附功能受损;血小板内α颗粒释放增加;血小板膜GPIb分子数下降;血小板内前列腺素代谢增强。  Objective To observe the effect of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) on platelet count and function in dogs. Methods Ten normal dogs were selected to undergo CPB and the indicators for acquired damage to the platelets were determined including the maximum platelet aggregation rate (Pagg) induced by ADP, plasma thromboxan B2 (TXB2), α-granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140) and glucoprotein Ih (GPIh) on the surface of the platlets. All the results were statistically analysed. Results During and after CPB, BPC, Pagg and GPIh were significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), while TXB2 and GMP-140 increased markedly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion During CPB, platelet dysfunction, decreased platelet number, increased release of α-granule, reduced GMP-140 quantity and increased conversion of arachidonic acid to TXB2 in the platelets can be observed.
