子宫内膜癌组织一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的检测及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 检测子宫内膜癌、增生过长子宫内膜及正常子宫内膜组织中一氧化氮(NO)的浓度及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的活性,探讨NO及NOS与子宫内膜癌之间的关系。方法 对25例子宫内膜癌患者进行NO、NOS测定并与对照组、正常组进行比较。结果 子宫内膜癌组织中NO浓度及NOS活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且随分化程度的降低,NOS活性增强(P<0.001),与恶性程度呈正相关。结论 NO浓度增高及NOS活性增强可能参与了子宫内膜癌发生及生长过程,与分化程度有关。子宫内膜癌组织中NOS活性增强是NO增多的重要原因之一。  Objective To explore the relation of nitric oxide (NO) level and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity to the growth of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Twenty-five patients with endometrial carcinoma were selected in this study, and the NO level and NOS activity were determined in the carcinoma tissues, hyperplastic endometrium and normal endometrial tissues. Comparison between the results of different tissues were performed. Results The concentration of NO and NOS activity were significantly elevated in the endometrial carcinoma tissues as compared with those in normal endometrial tissues (P<0.01). With the decrease of the differentiation degree of the carcinoma, NOS activity was enhanced (P<0.05), demonstrating a positive correlation with the malignancy of the tumor. Conclusion Elevated NO level and enhanced NOS activity may contribute to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma, and are related to the differentiation of the tumor. Enhancement of NOS activity is one of the main reasons for increase of NO levels.
