消除琥珀胆碱肌震颤的临床研究

Clinical study on dispelling twicth caused by succinglcholine

目的 :消除琥珀胆碱的肌震颤。方法 :30例手术患者 ,随机分成三组 ,Ⅰ组麻醉诱导用 2 5 %硫贲妥钠 ,Ⅱ组用芬太尼、依托咪酯。Ⅲ组用芬太尼、依托咪酯、复合液。琥珀胆碱用量都是 1mg/kg。结果 :Ⅲ组肌震颤消失 ,与Ⅰ和Ⅱ组相比有显著的差异P <0 0 1。结论 :麻醉诱导选择芬太尼、依托咪酯、复合液 ,可消除琥珀胆碱的肌震颤。

Objective\ To dispel twilch caused by succinglchoilne.Methods\ 30 cases of operative patients were divided into 3 groups, Group Ⅰ induction of anesthesia by 2 5% thiopental,Group Ⅱ by fentanyl,etomidate,Group Ⅲ by fentanyl,etomidate, maltiple juice, Succinglcholine all lmg/kg.Results\ Compared with group Ⅰ and Ⅱ group (P<0 01),The twitch of group Ⅲ disappared.Conclusion\ Inducition of anesthesia with fentanyl,etomidate,multiple juice can dispel twitch caused by succinglcholine.
