CT与B超引导下肾活检效果比较观察

The comparison of kidney biopsy guided by CT and B-US

目的 :探讨CT定位与B超定位方法对肾活检应用的精确性 ,以提高诊断性穿刺的成功率。方法 :2 4例肾活检患者分成二组 :18例CT定位 (CT组 ) ,6例采用B超定位 (B超组 )。结果 :18例采用CT组均成功 ;6例B超组 3例成功。CT、B超导引者均无一例肉眼血尿。结论 :CT导引肾穿定位准确 ,操作安全 ,并发症少 ,成功率高于B超导引肾穿。

Objective\ To compare the accuracy of location of CT and B-US for the application of kidney biopsy.Methods\ 24 cases with kidney diseases were divided into two groups,18 patients were located with CT (CT group),6 patients were located with B-US (B-US group).Results\ The complte success to the 18 cases with CT guidance and 3 out of 6 cases with B-US guidace.No patient with CT and B-US guidace had the symptom of heamaturia.Conclusions\ The puncture with CT guidance enjoymor precise location,securer operation,fewer side effect,and the higher success rate than the guidance with B-US.\;
