经尿道双极气化治疗前列腺增生的疗效观察(附50例报告) 被引量:274

摘要 目的 :评价双极气化治疗前列腺增生 (BPH)的疗效和并发症。方法 :采用双极气化前列腺切除术治疗 BPH5 0例。结果 :双极气化术中出血量为 6 6 ml,平均冲洗液吸收量为 46 6 ml,无水中毒和闭孔神经反射发生。结论 :双极气化手术疗效好 ,术中出血和液体吸收更少 ,无经尿道前列腺电切综合征和闭孔神经反射发生 。 Purpose:To evaluate the effect and complications of Transurethral bipolar vaporization of prostate for the treatment of BPH.Methods:All 50 patients were operated by transurethral bipolar vaporization and followed up for 1 to 3 months postoperatively.Results:The mean blood loss and absorption of irrigation liquid of bipolar group were 66 ml and 466 ml respectively. There was no TURS or nervus obturatorius reflex.Conclusion:The bipolar vaporization of prostate has good effect. The blood loss,absorption of irrigation liquid and complications are even less.
