诺和灵30R笔芯治疗26例Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效分析
摘要
我院于1997年12月至1999年1月,对需胰岛素治疗的26例Ⅲ型糖尿病患者由使用BD针注射动物胰岛素向使用诺和笔3注射诺和灵30R人胰岛素转换,现将转换前后的疗效观察结果报告如下。资料与方法一、病例选择:选择根据WHO关于糖尿病诊断标准确诊的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者26例。
