感染严重程度与红细胞膜钙泵、细胞内外钙离子浓度关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究感染患者红细胞膜钙泵、细胞内外钙离子浓度的变化及其相互关系 ,阐明钙离子、钙离子通道异常在重症感染病理过程中所起的作用。 方法 用原子吸收分光光度法测定红细胞总钙 ,钙荧光指示剂Fara -2法测定红细胞浆游离钙浓度 ,Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP细胞膜酶活性法测定红细胞膜钙泵活性 ,甲基百里酚兰比色法测定血清总钙。 结果  3 5例重症感染在感染极期和恢复期红细胞内总钙、游离钙、膜钙泵及血清钙均有明显的变化 ,感染程度与血清钙浓度及红细胞膜钙泵活性呈负相关 ,而与红细胞内游离钙呈正相关。 结论 感染患者存在细胞外钙向细胞内流动 ,导致细胞功能紊乱、损害甚至死亡。 Objective To clarify the calcium ion and calcium ionic channel taken part in pathophysiological processes in patients with severe infection by researching the relations of severity level of infection,erythrocyte membrane Ca pump and concentration of intra,extra cellular calcium ion. Methods The total calcium concentration was estimated by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the free calcium concentration in erythrocyte cytoplasm was estimated by calcium fluorescent Fara 2 indicator.the activity of erythrocyte membrane Ca pump was estimated by(Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ) ATPase activity measurement,the total calcium concentration of serum was estimated by methylthymoblue colorimetry. Results In 35 severe infected cases,the concentration of total calcium,free calcium, serum calcium and the membrane Ca pump activity were varietied obviously at the stage of fastigium and recovery.The severity level of infection offers negative correlation to the calcium concentration of serum and the activity of erythrocyte membrane-Ca pump,positive correlation to the free calcium concentration in erythrocyte cytoplasm. Conclusion When infected,calcium moves into intra cell from extra cell which results in the disorder of cell function,the damage to cells even death.
