鼻咽癌中CD44v6和nm23-H_1的表达与淋巴结转移关系

EXPRESSION OF CD44v6 AND NM23-H_1 AND THEIR CORRELATION WITH LYMPH NODE METAST ASIS IN NASOPHARYNGEAL CANCER

目的 :探讨 CD44 v6和 nm2 3- H1 在鼻咽癌的表达及其与颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 SP法检测 81例鼻咽癌组织中 CD44 v6和 nm2 3- H1 蛋白产物。结果 :81例鼻咽癌中 CD44 v6和 nm2 3- H1 阳性表达率分别为 72 .8%和 2 9.6 %。5 1例颈淋巴结转移阳性组 CD44 v6蛋白表达率 (82 .4% )高于 30例阴性组 (5 6 .7% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 nm2 3- H1 蛋白表达率(2 1.6 % )低于阴性组 (4 3.3% ) (P <0 .0 5 )。CD44 v6阳性表达伴 nm2 3- H1 阴性表达的患者发生淋巴结转移可能性大。结论 :CD44 v6和 nm2 3- H1 基因在鼻咽癌淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用 ,检测 CD44 v6和 nm2 3- H1

Objective:To study the expression of CD44v6 and nm23-H 1 a nd their correlation with lymph node metastasis in nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) Method s:The expression of CD44v6 and nm23-H 1 in 81 cases human NPC was studied with SP imm unohistochemical technique Results:The positive expression rate of CD 44v6 and nm23-H 1 in NPC were 72 8% and 29 6%,respectively A significant correlation was found over expression of CD44v6 protein,low expression of nm23-H 1protein between NPC with and without neck lymph node metastasis(P<0 05) Patients with positi ve CD44v6 expression and negative nm23-H 1 expression were more likely to have lymph node metastasis Conclusion:CD44v6 and nm23-H 1 play important r oles in the neck lymph node metastasis of NPC CD44v6 and nm23-H 1 expression may serve as criteri ons of metastasis and prognosis of NPC
