摘要
目的 :研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达水平和肿瘤微血管密度与肺癌生物学行为及其预后的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化方法检测 96例肺癌和 18例正常肺组织中 VEGF的表达和微血管密度。结果 :肺癌与正常肺组织 VEGF的表达和微血管密度具有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1~ 0 .0 0 0 0 1) ,肺癌微血管密度随着 VEGF的表达增强而增多 ;VEGF的表达和微血管密度随着肺癌分化程度的降低而显著升高 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 0 0 1) ;肺腺癌组织中 VEGF表达程度比鳞癌组织显著增高(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :VEGF作为最重要的血管生成因子 ,参与了肺癌的发生和发展过程 。
Objective: To study the corelation between the expr ession level of the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and tumor microvessel density and biological behaviour of lung carcinoma and its prognosis Methods: VEGF exp ression and microvessel density in 96 cases of lung carcinoma and 18 cases of normal lung tissues were tested with immunohistochemistry method Results:Significant dif ferences in VEGF expression and microvessel density were found between lung carcinoma and normal lung tissues(P<0 001~0 000 01) Lung carcinoma microvessel density increa sed with the increase of the VEGF expression;VEGF expression and microvessel density significantly increased with the differentiation reduction of the lung carcinoma(P<0 05~0 000 01);VEGF expression degree in lung adenocarc inoma is higher than that in squamosum carcinoma Conclusion: As the most important angiogenesis factor, VEGF is involved in occurrence and development of lung carcinoma,and it can be used as a major judgement parameter for biological behavior and prognosis of lung cancers
