In this paper,the combination method of forecasts is used to forecast the demand of dwelling market.An example has been taken to illustrate the application procedure of the combination method of forecast. In the example,the neural network,grey model,as the combination system are used.The demand forecast of the dwelling market at present is thereafter studied.
