摘要
阐述了面向制造的设计的相关概念、关键技术和实现模式。从企业目标要求和注重全局变化的角度 ,对构建面向制造的设计中的可制造评价体系提出相应准则。列举了面向制造的设计系统的几种实现模式 ,并讨论其应用现状和前景。结合课题实践 ,介绍一种利用高端CAD软件的信息环境开展设计模型加工性能检查的方法。实践表明 ,利用面向制造的设计系统对设计模型进行可制造性评价 ,可以促进产品开发过程中各功能环节的协调并行 。
s:The theory and implementation technology of DFM (design for manufacture) are discussed in this paper. Firstly, as the base of DFM, PME (product manufacturability evaluation) should be constructed according to the practical situation of enterprise and dynamic factors in the process of R&D. Secondly, several application mode of DFM are enumerated and their characteristics and applicability are compared. Finally, a practical method of evaluating the machinability of 3D model in early design stage is introduced. The practice indicate that the DFM system corresponding to practical enterprise environment can both check the error in design stage and inform the difficulties of machining to the later course of product development based on results retrieved from the evaluation process. With the help of this DFM system, the efficiency of global product development can be improved.
