摘要
作为VXI总线测试平台的具体应用 ,针对雷达整机测试的需要 ,成功地研制了车载VXI雷达自动测试系统。该系统采用VXI和GPIB的混合结构 ,并在自行研制的“VXI总线测试软件平台”的基础上 ,编制了图形化雷达测试程序。经实际应用证明 ,该系统实现了雷达整机指标的自动测试 ,并自动打印测试结果 ,大大提高了测试效率。对雷达系统的研制和验收提供了极好的测试手段。该系统具有良好的可扩展性 ,可方便地应用于多种型号雷达的整机指标测试。
A radar automatic test system based on VXIbus technology has been presented.The system is composed of VIX modules and GPIB instruments.We develop the application on an automatic test oriented software platform.The system is not only very compact and efficient but also easy to generalize.
