针对步进电机精确速度控制的需求 ,利用PC机系统定时器实现微秒级精确定时 ,将这一方法应用于步进电机的控制脉冲的输出 ,实现了步进电机的速度精确控制。在实际控制系统中取得了良好的应用效果。

According to the request of accurate step motor speed control,microsecond timer is realized with the system timer of PC.Applied of this method into pulse create of step motor controller, accurate speed control of step motor is achieved. This new approach has been used on an economic machine tool and very good results have been obtained.
