焊接夹具三维动态模拟的研究

Investigation of three-dimensional dynamic simulation of welding fixture

对动态模拟原理和手动杠杆－铰链焊接工装夹具配图装配过程进行了分析，提出了基于“画－擦－画”显示方式的三种模拟方案，通过对三种不同方案在实现焊接夹具三维动态模拟时的比较，得出第二种方案比较合适．并介绍了运用 ＡＲＸ技术实现焊接夹具装配三维图的动态模拟．

After analyzing dynamic simulation principle and assembly process of manual lever-hinged welding fixture, three simulation schemes are proposed, which base on the 'plotting-erasing-plotting' dis- play pattern. It is found after comparing three-dimensional dynamic simulation of welding fixture among these three schemes that the scheme No. 2 is more appropriate than the other two, so that this scheme is used to introduce how to implement three-dimensional dynamic simulation of the assembly of welding fix- ture by using ARX technique.
