摘要
我国现行的公务员行政处分救济制度是单一的行政救济方式。本文立足于对西方国家相关制度的比较研究 ,并对其社会发生机制进行分析 ,以期对我国可能引入司法救济方式的价值定位、制度设计提出自己的见解。
The current relief system of administrative sanction against civil servants in our country exists in one single relief form. With a comparison to the relevant system in the West and an analysis of its mechanism of formation related to its social situation, the article tries to put forward a potential relief form with proper consideration of certain factors.
