摘要
甲醇—汽油混合燃料相离、气阻及冷起动困难等成为它推广使用的主要障碍,本文利用甲醇、汽油分置—延时供给甲醇—节流式配比—冷却水控制加热—化油器回流的循环系统改善了冷起动,解决了相离,防止了气阻。试验表明掺烧比误差可控制在1%内。
This paper introduces a new control system which includes separately tanked methanol and gasoline, delay-supplying of methanol, restrictive proportioning, cooling-water heating and carburetor refluxing. The tests indicate that cold starting of engine can be improved and phase separating and vapor blocking can be prevented under all working conditions. The error in mixing proportion is less than 1%.
