用激光衍射法对磁化柴油雾化特性的研究

摘要 为了揭示磁化是否对燃油雾化质量有影响,作者对磁化柴油和普通柴油的雾化特性在同样实验条件下作了对比研究。在实验过程中,磁化柴油是用一个内磁式磁化器实时产生的。该磁化器是北京铁路局北京科研所生产的。雾粒尺寸用基于激光衍射原理的Malvern粒子分析仪测量。 To explore the magnetization effects on the characteristics of fuel spray, an experimental investigation was carried out. The atomization characteristics of magnetized diesel fuel were compared with that of unmagnetized fuel under same test conditions. In the process of the test, the magnetized diesel fuel was produced in real time by an inner-magnetizer manufactured for railway diesel engines by Beijing Science and Technology Research Institute of Beijing Bureau. The droplet sizes were measured by a Malvern Particle Sizer based on the principle of laser diffraction.
