摘要
本文介绍了第二汽车制造厂最近开发的一种新型试验装置——DC-1电动谐振式曲轴弯曲疲劳试验机。文中叙述了它的工作原理、系统设计及主要性能指标,并列举了应用实例。实测数据及使用表明,该装置不仅载荷精度高、工作稳定可靠、操作简便,而且工作效率为普通机械激振式的4~5倍,耗电省,还能在试件的裂纹发展到预定的长度时自动停止试验。
A new DC-1 Electrodynamic resonant bending fatigue test machine for crankshaft was developed and used for service in the Second Automobile Works. This paper describes its principle, design and main specifications. A typical application example is also presented. Performance measurements and test practice showed that this machine was accurate in loading, stable and reliable in operating as well as easy to operate, and also it provided in low electric energy consumption. The working efficiency is about 4 to 5 times that of the previously-used mechanically excited benches. Test could be shut down automatically as soon as a crack grew to a preset length in the test piece.
