摘要
监测与管理是环保工作中最基本、最重要的两个方面 ,本文较详细的探讨了县级市环境监测和环境管理的定义、范围及内容 ,并从依靠与服务的根本关系上强调 :只有两者有机结合。
Environmental monitoring and environmental management are the most rudimental and important sectors in environmental protection work.This paper discusses carefully the definition,range,content and the most radical relation of dependence and service in environmental monitoring and environmental management work of counties.The writer accentuates:the environmental protection work under the new situation wouldn't develop without their combination and mutual supports.
