摘要
针对历来专家、学者从定压试验中总结出的喷雾贯穿距离经验公式不能直接计算柴油机的非定压喷射贯穿距离的情况,本文提出一种新的模拟计算法。应用计算机,通过对喷射压力曲线进行分割,采用广安经验公式直接计算柴油机的非定压喷雾的贯穿距离。该模拟过程以喷油器入口处的压力波实测值作为计算的主要输入数据,并考虑了实际喷射的压力变化及雾滴的追越现象。通过计算与实测结果表明,它们具有良好的一致性。
As the empirical formulae derived by all previous experts for determining the spray penetration under constant pressure couldn't be used to directly calculate the penetration under varied pressure, a new simulating method for calculation of spray penetration is developed. Through cutting apart the injection pressure curves by the computer, obtained at inlet port of the injector, along with considering the variation of injection pressure and run-over phenomenon of spray drops, the spray penetration under varied pressure could be directly calculated by using the Prof. H. Hiroyasu's empirical formula. The calculations show in agreement with the measurements.
