摘要
本文就车用增压柴油机排气管优化设计的目标函数、优化工况的确定,以及柴油机性能模拟的计算模型、排气管结构尺寸的优化方法等一系列问题作了介绍,并结合6100ZQ型高速车用增压柴油机设计了扩张管型优化方案。实机试验表明,该方案优于原机方案,得出了较为满意的结果。
The determination of objective function, optimum operation and the optimum method for exhaust manifold design as well as the computing mcdel for diesel engine performance simulation are introduced in this paper. A diverging exhaust manifold for 6100ZQ high speed vehicle turbocharged diesel engine is made and the engine tests show that the designed exhaust manifold gains the better performance than the original one.
