摘要 对不锈钢丝网在拔丝时局部生成的黑黄色致密氧化膜不易去除进行了研究 ,获得了表面油污和黑黄色氧化膜能一步去除的电化学除油、抛光新工艺。应用证明 ,使用该工艺可大大减轻劳动强度 ,提高工作效率 ,效果好 。 A research is made on removing harsh black yellow dense oxide film formed locally on stainless steel surface in the process of wire drawing, and a new one step electrochemical cleaning and polishing process is developed for removing surface oil contaminant and black yellow oxide film. Applications have demonstrated that the new process can greatly reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency, and has a good oil and oxide film removing effect, resulting in same and uniform brightness to the mesh surface and pores thus treated.
