摘要
目的 研究三门峡市饮用水藻类污染及影响因素。方法 于 1998年 5月~ 1999年 4月采集三门峡市某以黄河为水源的水厂的源水、调蓄池水、滤池水和出厂水每月 1次 ,进行总氮、总磷、藻细胞计数、藻毒素及常规水质分析。结果 黄河三门峡段水质劣于地表水 类标准 ,年平均藻类密度 5 .6 9× 10 7/ L,7~ 8月以蓝藻为优势藻类 ,其余时间为绿藻 ,7~ 10月份为藻类生长高峰 ,8~ 10月呈富营养状态〔 TSI(TP) =76~ 87〕。调蓄水池藻密度与水温成正相关 (r=0 .96 7,P<0 .0 5 )。微囊藻毒素调蓄池水 0 .82~ 95 7.9ng/ L,出厂水 2 .70~ 10 1.33ng/ L。结论 黄河三门峡段藻类污染严重 。
Objective To explore the drinking water pollution by algea and its affecting factors in Sanmenxia Methods Determination of the contents of total phosphorus and total nitrogen,the cell counts of algea,the contents of microcystins of the water samples collected from source water,storage tank water,filter tank water and finished water once a month in a certain water plant of Sanmenxia treating Huanghe River water during the period from May,1998 to April,1999 was carried out The routine analysis on water quality of the water samples was carried out also Results The water quality of water samples of Sanmenxia section of Huanghe River was worse than that of the Grade V surface water of National Standard In storage tank water the annual average algea density reached 5 69×10 7/L,the dominent algea was cyanophyta during the period from July to August,and chloraphyta in the other months.The growth of algea reached peak during the period from July to October,the eutrophication occured during the period from August to October[ T SI (TP)=76~87] Significant positive correlation was found between the algea density of storage tank water and the water temperature( r=0 967,P<0 05 ) The levels of microcystins was 0 82~957 9 ng/L in storage tank water and 2 70~101 33 ng/L in finished water Conclusion Water pollution by algea was heavier in Sanmenxia section of Huanghe River The algea density of water was associated with the water temperature and the degrees of water body eutrophication
